Handbags, swimwear, luggage, and items sold at 40% or more off the list price, or items marked Final Sale, cannot be returned.
For items that are eligible for returns you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 10 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 14 days of the shipment date. Items received after 14 days or with the security tag missing or removed cannot be returned.
Those items are eligible for reconsignment or will be returned to the client.
To request an RMA number, send us an email. The client is responsible for the cost of insured return shipping.
